SPECIFICATIONS Our vinyl sided sheds are 100% maintenance free.   You have a choice of 10 different vinyl colors and 14 different colors for the wood sided sheds.  Pick your style (gable, quaker, cottage, garden, chalet, barn, or minibarn), pick your siding (vinyl or wood), pick your color scheme for the walls, trim, and shingles, and then sit back and let us build your shed to order. LISTED BELOW ARE THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR OUR SHEDS.  (included in base price of shed) FLOOR SYSTEM:  If the building site is level and firm we use  4"x4" PT(pressure treated) and certified for ground contact foundation skids, 2"x4" PT floor joists spaced 16" O.C. (on center) covered by 5/8" PT plywood. (If site work is needed, see "Options" below.) WALLS:  2"x4" spaced 16"OC. For vinyl sided sheds, 7/16" OSB  (oriented strand board) is used for sheathing covered with vinyl siding.  For wood siding, we use Duratemp brand siding. ROOF SYSTEM:  2"4" spaced 16"O.C. sheathed with 7/16"OSB, drip edge, fascia and soffit wrapped in aluminum and 30 year architectural laminate  shingles over tar paper and ridge vent DOORS: Double doors (fiberglass raised panel doors standard on vinyl sided sheds!)  WINDOWS: 2 functional (sliding) windows with screens and shutters. BUILT ON SITE BY OUR OWN LOCAL EMPLOYEES - NO SUBCONTRACTORS!
