We have a very simple business philosophy -- provide a superior quality structure, back it up with superior service and provide it a price that can't be beat by the competition.
When you are shopping for a shed, there are some important issues that need to be considered:
1) Is the work sub-contracted out? We will NOT sell you a shed and then turnaround and hire someone else locally or bring in a crew based out of state to build the shed. We keep it simple---from the moment you buy the shed from us until we hand you the keys, only our own employees will be involved in the project.
2) Will the work be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner? We have a highly experienced crew on our payroll that routinely go "above and beyond" to satisfy our customers needs. We carry our own vehicle insurance, workmens compensation insurance, and general liability insurance. We are a state licensed building contractor (Class B license #2705-072315).
3) Will the building have a warranty and who will be responsible for administering the warranty? Again, we like to keep it simple. We offer a five year warranty on the building and since we built it, we handle any problems that might crop up.
4) Can the building specifications be modified? As noted below, we have standard building specifications included in the base price. However, we are more than glad to modify any of the specifications to suit your particular need. For example, we typically use OSB (oriented strand board) for wall and roof sheathing in vinyl sided sheds. We like to use OSB for a variety of reasons(for more OSB info click here.) In residential home building today, 70% of ALL new homes have OSB wall and roof sheathing as it meets all code requirements for structural ability. Additionally, it is a "green" product, more environmentally friendly than the alternative standard plywood product. However, if you prefer to use plywood sheathing, we will gladly substitute at no additional charge.
